著者簡介

Sarath Lakshman，年輕的Linux天纔程序員、開源軟件及GNU／Linux活躍分子，寫作本書時年僅20歲。他在印度齣生並成長，目前是印度科欽科技大學模範工程學院的學生。2004年，他就開發瞭名為Slynux的GNU／Linux發布版。另外，他還為Linux Foryou月刊撰寫文章。在Fedora、Pardus Linux、PiTiVi、Ubuntu以及Google Summerof Code等項目中，他都作齣瞭顯著的貢獻。

对于新手来说够用了系统的介绍了日常开发中80%以上的用法,收货蛮大的比如有些sed awk介绍的不是非常详细但是对于一般的功能要求就够用了第8章第9章管理都是一笔带过,感觉好像换作者了

错误巨多，原版的错误翻译人员应该改过来再翻译的，结果直接将错误的搬过来。适合有一定基础的人看。:( 如果能再版，希望能把错误改过来。有的地方不够深入，欲言又止的敢脚。。但是作者是位20多岁的大学生，还是灰常NB的。。

刚又看到一处P175 页，如果destination_path 末尾使用/，明明原书写的是source（源地址），这么小儿科的问题充分暴露了译者的马虎。文章采用代码都是从原书上复制来的，关键是换行也复制过来了，明明一行命令还没到页宽，就啪的一下换行了，匪夷所思！！！作者自己完全没有...
