Deyan Sudjic was born in London of Yugoslav parents. He divides his time between London, where he is architecture critic for the Observer and a visiting professor at the Royal College of Art, and Milan, where for many years he edited Domus, the international magazine of art, architecture and design. 評分开篇看了还好，越到后来越发现作者的阐述无力，很多时候都无法自圆其说，索性没有全文精读，只是快速跳读，看了看大概要点（感觉足够了）！ 不过还是要感谢作者，以前还真没认真思考过建筑与权力的关系，看书有启示就是好的！
