Andrew Lang is known for being a poet, novelist, literary critic, and contributor to anthropology. He is most famous for his folk stories and fairy tales. The Coloured Fairy Books are a 12 book set. The Blue Fairy Book contains 32 fairy tales including many of the most well-known and loved stories, interspersed with lesser known tales from around the world.
