"Voices from the Stranger's Room," edited by Elaine and Joseph Coppola, is the third major publication of the Mycroft Holmes Society of Syracuse (founded 1971). Like its predecessor: "Occasionally the British Governmen"t. it is a collection of scholarship, puzzles, pastiche, poems, and miscellanea pertaining to Sherlock Holmes, his world, and of course his brother Mycroft. Material gathered from the writings of members of the Mycroft Holmes Society are mixed with material supplied by noted Sherlockians. "Voices from the Stranger's Room," will entertain. educate, and amuse the casual reader as well as the Sherlock Holmes expert.
