Belle de Jour is the nom de plume of a high-class call girl working in London. This is her story. 著者簡介
After much press speculation, the author Belle de Jour has finally revealed her true identity. Dr Brooke Magnanti, a 34-year-old research scientist, decided that the time was now right to reveal all.
She commented on her blog: "A perfect storm of feelings and circumstances drew me out of hiding. And do you know what? It feels so much better on this side.
"Anonymity had a purpose then - it will always have a reason to exist, for writers whose work is too damaging or too controversial to put their names on."
