具體描述
《酒店英語》基於酒店的各種工作情境進行構思、設計和編寫，尤其是從提高酒店從業人員的英語交際能力齣發，同時兼顧酒店理論知識的提升。全書共分為6章，chapter I為酒店概述，Chapter II～Chapter VI，各章依據工作情景設置相應的幾個學習模塊，每一模塊就是一課，每一課涵蓋九大特色欄目。
