上本科的时候，Final yr开始前书单上列的是这版，开学后4th已出，就换成了4th。所罗门的这本书无论怎么再版，至今框架上没有太大变化，只是在根据FRC对Corporate governance code的更新而做内容上的调整。PS此书是基于英国的公司治理而写的，并不符合中国国情，但是确实少有的有中文译本的公司治理教材。
