讀之前期待太高瞭，讀完後反而覺得比較一般：算是披著科幻的皮講種族歧視還有科學學說和ideology之間的故事。

出版社非要生硬地把阿西莫夫的小说划分为机器人系列、帝国系列和基地系列，但是事实上，阿西莫夫自己也说过，他尝试构建的是一部长达两万年的银河帝国史，所有的小说都不是孤立的，譬如银河帝国的发展史，在各个小说里都是相同的背景，又譬如那个遵守“机器人第零定律”的机器...

翻了翻过去的豆瓣，第一本是在13年1月看的，我记得很清楚，当时是在武侯区图书馆闲逛的时候看到基地系列，在图书馆还是很难得看到成系列的图书，于是马上就办了借书卡，当时就决定一定要把银河帝国全系列看完。 不过后来，武侯区图书馆老馆关闭，新馆非常之远，就转战市图书馆...
