评分還行吧,真的是特彆基礎的科普,後半全都在講各種therapy我就直接不看瞭。作者有在強調治療ED關鍵是要治療過於在意身體形象的rigidity,問題是這個rigidity也是癥狀的一個,後半給ED患者的建議感覺就像在跟瘸子說你不要關注自己壞掉的那條腿一樣,不太實用。
