著者簡介

斯蒂芬·佩因曼（stephen Penman）博士，現任哥倫比亞大學商學院George O.May教授和摩根·斯坦利研究學者，哥倫比亞大學、倫敦商學院和斯德哥爾摩經濟學院客座教授。研究方嚮是權益定價和會計信息在證券定價中的作用，1991年獲美國會計學會和美國注冊會計師協會會計文獻傑齣貢獻奬，2002年憑藉本書榮獲美國會計學會與德勤wildman奬。他還是《會計研究評論》（Reviewof Accounting studies）

仔细看了下，不知道豆瓣在做什么，还是评论者太不走心了，这是机械工业出版社在2017年才出版的第5版的翻译版本，很多人在下面给出翻译差评的，是2005年或者13年财政经济出版社或者其他出版社的版本，17年的版本根本就没有这些问题好不好，这样评价是对不起人家译者辛辛苦苦的工...

书是好书，但翻译质量一般。 一本700多页的大部头的财务报表分析和证券估值方面的书，我所看到的关于这方面最精彩的一本书。内容系统完整，推理逻辑清晰，编排结构严谨，理论与实践并重。读完后，不禁要感叹佩因曼教授的治学严谨，理论扎实，把这样一个理论性，实践性很强的问...
