More than rehashing self-help craps, this unprecedented cooperation between a hip-hop icon and a non-traditional management writer rendered an intriguing account of how a hustler achieved upward mobility in a hostile environment. I was surprised to find some applicable principles for entrepreneurs who might be facing the same kind of hostility in the start-up process.
