Since we are very complex beings, something that affects one aspect

of our lives will likewise affect other dimensions of our lives. If people

want to lose weight, and do lose a few pounds, they gain a sense of

pride because they made something happen. In other words, they

were in control of themselves and in control of part of their life. What

happens when people are successful ? They are much more likely to

be successful again. There is an old saying, nothing succeeds like suc-

cess. This book is designed to help you be successful.
