可操作性很強的一本 pm 小書。雖然方法論本質上也還是一種敏捷,但是從全書讀下來可以感覺到,作者真的很會宣傳。用對瞭詞和說對瞭話,有時候比做對瞭事情重要。 全書最喜歡的是在 Work is like a hill 提到的 uphill phase 和 down phase:uphill phase 做的是 initializing 和 planning,而 downhill phase 應該是 executing。這是一個很概括很輕量又非常實用的可視化,很有趣。
