评分I've never read a novel about immigrants in west America before coz it seems not an appealing topic to me. BUT! Cather shifts my convention completely. I love her use of language-soft and blue. It's not only a sad (or happy?)story about Ántonia, it's about 'patria', movement, race and outsiders. I wanna call out: 'My Ánontina!',like her pa before.
