P. J. 费贝尔曼 固体物理学家。1967年获加州大学圣迭戈分校物理博士学位。先后在法国萨克莱国家原子核研究中心和美国伊利诺大学厄尔巴那分校做博士后研究。其后有三年时间,在美国纽约州立大学石溪分校任物理学助理教授。1974年后在桑地亚国家实验室,成为技术部门的杰出成员。1989年荣获美国物理学会为表面科学的杰出研究人员设立的戴维逊-革末尔奖。
