迈克尔·罗斯金，美国宾夕法尼亚州莱康明大学政治科学系主任，教授，博士。在政治科学和比较政治学领域颇有建树，主要著作有《政治科学》、《国家与观念：政治、地理和文化》(原名《国家与观念：比较政治学导论》)、《新世界》、《民主苦旅：四个发展中国家》、《中东政治：文化和冲突》、《东欧的新生》和《国家利益：从抽象到战略》等。
