As chancellor of Interfaith Seminaries and president of Spirit of Interfaith， Inc.， he ministers to individuals， families， communities and organizations. His previous books are， How the Children Became Stars (SORIN BOOKS， 2000)， a compilation of stories， prayers and blessings from the world's great faith traditions and The Soul's Almanac: A Year of Interfaith Stories， Prayers and Wisdom. He lives in Northern California with his wife， Madhuri， and their daughter.
