So tell me how do you feel ~
Terrible, you say? In that case. I want to have a ta~k with
you. Come on, pull up a chair and ~isten for a minute.
If you feel terrible, if you seem to be sick all the time, if
you re depressed, if you drag yourself painfully from one
end of the day to the other, if you get more than your share
of colds or flu or PMS or allergies, why not do something
about t today?
That s what I did. ~ used to feel awful all the time. You
name it, I bad it -- from the corns on the bottom of my feet
to the headaches and dandruff at the top of my head ...
._ not to mention my swollen joints, low energy level, and a
stomach that would turn sour over the simplest of meals, or
sometimes even a glass of milk.
But no more. Today, I feel great. No, that s not quite true.
I feel fantasticP I have lots of energy, I have a body with no
aches or complaints, and a stomach that can rejoice over a
spicy Cajun dinner or a couple of well-seasoned tacos.
How did I do it? How did I go from a certified physical
disaster area to a picture of glowing good heaffh? Well, it s
difficult to name any one or two things, but if J had to pick
something as the key it would be that I started to pay
attention.
