Blinkist掃過。雖說是心靈雞湯式的老生常談，因為每個人都是自己的資本傢，所以每一分鍾都有其經濟價值，導緻大傢模糊瞭工作和生活的邊界陷入瞭焦慮，無所事事反而變成瞭奢侈品，這當然是錯的。大傢還是要留有這樣悠閑的時間真正的去生活和觀察世界的美好。其中提到瞭在社交網絡之前，人是更為多樣化的，在不一樣的人麵前會講故事不同的版本，這是很理所當然的。但現在的社交網絡之下，人們被迫開始“立人設”，在所有人麵前都必須是統一的樣子 social media makes us behave like one-dimensional brands. 是個有意思的說法。

任何能讓人上癮的東西都應該被慎重對待。當注意力都可以被資本傢用來榨取價值獲利也真的是蠻可怕的。書裏提到瞭不為牟而存在公共空間的重要性，讓我想起瞭Eric Klinenberg的palaces for the people。總體來講書裏零散的有很多讓我有啓發的東西，但是整體結構一般，感覺不用寫那麼長。

注意力經濟不隻是手機上癮，它是資本主義邏輯的另一種體現。抵抗注意力經濟，往大裏說，其實跟伸張公平正義有關。作者在這本書裏引用瞭很多人，有點大雜燴的感覺。整本書的邏輯不算很清晰，有點想到哪裏就寫到哪裏的感覺（作者在引言裏也承認瞭這一點），不過書裏有些地方還是啓發到瞭我。
