Abner Marsh has had his dearest wish come true - he has built the Fevre Dream, the finest steamship ever to sail the Mississippi. Abner hopes to race the boat some day, but his partner is making it hard for him to realise his ambition. George R.R. 评分这本书我觉得镜头感很好，段落也十分清晰，删减点可以直接当剧本用，很适合影像化，而且对特技效果应该也没有太大的需求，拍成一部落英神斧林肯那样的片子成本应该不高，好莱坞怎么没人动动这方面的念头呢。.....暮光之城那么烂的东西却能一连拍四部.........这世道啊.........
