Reid的第一本书广受好评而在我这里只有3颗星的时候我就该知道我对这位作者的写作并没有特殊的偏爱，但我其实在阅读过程中还是挺感兴趣的。而这一本更是几乎满天的五星好评书籍让我实在好奇，还是关于我从未读过乐队成员的故事。可惜的是，我还是没有特爱它。就故事本身和人物塑造，我更喜欢她的前一本书。但这本书的亮点是有一些充满智慧的语句，关于爱与恨，关于舍与得。写的很质朴却也打动人。且我很喜欢某个情节的非常与众不同的feminist的设置，让人觉得眼前一亮。

英文有声书。DNF。这个假装是节目采访的写作手法真是听起来很烦。加上有声书特意做成那种接受采访的语气，还加上明显的情绪语气真是太讨厌了。

非常理想浪漫化的70年代摇滚乐队“纪实”小说。我个人最大的抱怨是，听不了书中描写的那个乐队的专辑，因为他是编的啊！！！Audiobook最后有honeycomb的伴奏，但是没有唱。不过要被改成TV series了，也许可以听到几首歌。
