年度最佳小說。雖然故事獨立但和前麵兩本又在主題上有高度聯係（在人物細節上也有令人驚喜的聯係！）。目前這個係裏的三本中這本最佳，越來越棒。不僅僅故事特彆好，小說本身太豐富，太復雜。過去現在，曆史，文學，政治包容萬象，又有非常強烈的message性。敘事流暢又輕巧，詩一樣的語言，各種寓言性的意象。它不僅僅是一本描寫當下英國政治時局，整體社會氣氛的小說，更是在這樣愈加黑暗的時代下非常非常重要的小說。故事本身又那麼溫柔，角色那麼可愛，這是春天，充滿希望的春天！最後一本summer快點齣來吧！
评分Still Ali. She has changed a lot since Artful, but I still see her. Sometimes we just need the narrative strong enough to shake the very fundamental logic and sanity of our consciousness.

评分Finally, the highlight of my entire year’s reading.
评分是帶著哀傷和消沉的早春漸漸到溫暖而滿懷期望的4月春天！非常喜歡Paddy！目前四季係列裏第二喜歡的一本（地位還是沒法超越Autumn）行文更友好，兩條綫閤並很自然也很巧妙，還和Autumn聯動瞭！感覺Ali筆下的老者和小孩都特彆有靈性！
