Advocates a major shift of national security policy to better meet the requirements of the Information Age. As the world moves further into the Information Age and the ensuing increased levels of globalisation, the ability to harness all of the elements of national power in an integrated, coordinated, and synchronized manner will be even more critical in order that the United States can successfully defend itself.
