囉嗦、重復、且立論前提有緻命缺陷。1.這本書的內容可以總結為如下內容。High reliability organization是指對於不確定事態可以靈活應對的組織。具體應對措施是①關注細節,不放過小的異常現象。②不過度簡化工作流程。③重視計劃的實現可能性。④培育從不測事件中恢復的能力⑤尊重知識和專門人纔,積極促進分權決策(權力下放)。作者在各個章節車軲轆話來迴說。2.立論前提的缺陷是指作者將unexpected等同於threat來推進整篇內容。但很容易想到unexpected也包含事先未預知的opportunity。即unexpected不一定是negative event。
