芭芭拉·艾伦瑞克（Barbara Ehrenreich），美国畅销书作家。1941年生，洛克菲勒大学细胞生物学博士，女性主义者、民主社会主义者和政治活动家。曾任《时代杂志》专栏作家，作品常出现在《哈泼》《国家》《新共和》等重要刊物中。她出身底层，父亲是矿工，前夫是卡车司机，因此特别关注美国底层社会的生活。至今已出版21本著作，代表作有《纽约时报》畅销榜作品《M型社会白领的新试炼》（Bait and Switch: The [Futile] Pursuit of the American Dream，2005）、《失控的正向思考》（Bright-Sided: How the Relentless Promotion of Positive Thinking Has Undermined America，2008）等。

林家瑄，1973年生于台湾新竹，台湾清华大学外国语文学系硕士，曾任艺术行政、期刊编辑，并从事翻译。译作包括《两位严肃的女人》《少年罗比的秘境之旅》等。
