Dreams is set in the same urban apartment building featured in some of Keats's most successful books (including Peter's Chair and A Letter to Amy). Before going to bed, Roberto leaves the paper mouse he made in school on his window sill. Before long the apartment building is quiet, but Roberto can't fall asleep. So he gets up to look out the window and sees his friend Archie's cat being chased by a big, snarling dog Roberto doesn't know what to do, but an unlikely hero (his paper mouse) comes to the cat's rescue.
