The body of a brutally murdered young girl is discovered in the Wicklow Mountains. Her identity is unknown. A month later, David Reid, a successful designer, is found dead in a Dublin canal. Close to his body is a broken silver key ring bearing the name Meridian Club. The police are eager to chalk it up to death by misadventure, but Reid's brother, unconvinced, enlists the help of rookie detectives John Quigley and Sarah Kenny. As the inquiry progresses, Sarah and John discover there was more to David Reid than his brother is aware. In no time he body count is rising, and everyone is lying to protect their own. As John and Sarah struggle for answers, little do they realize that their investigation is starting to ruffle the feathers of one very dangerous man....
