评分此书中文版评价似乎有些低估了，或许满足不了推理爱好者的胃口吧。虽然讲的是一个破案故事，本质上是个人性故事，叙事节奏、氛围渲染都是大师级别，慢热。案子本身一点也不复杂，调查时间也不长，但整个过程显得如此漫长，是因为主角在破案的过程中其实是在掘心自食。借用封底的一句评论：侦探找的是凶手，最后却找到了自己。好书。
