配合着评论一起看，真觉得这个作者几乎每个词每句话都暗藏玄机。我看的第一本briexit小说
评分not as charming as “Autumn”
评分打五星，并不是因为粉丝滤镜，我觉得这本比Autumn写的还好。小说不单致敬了《圣诞颂歌》，Arthur的身世之谜明显也是狄更斯性质的，最后他有了两个母亲，两个父亲，这俨然是另一个版本的how to be both故事。这次ali smith最了不起的地方是她抬出来了伟大的英国(文学)传统来对抗现时的多事之"秋"，以《辛白林》里夹着的玫瑰印迹(又像火焰的焰影)这一意象作为结尾竟让人有惊心动魄之感。

评分1. 主要人物都有意思 两代人 sophia/Irisart/lux 姐妹 母子 恋人 iris参加的活动叫Greenham Common Women's Peace Camp 是影响力挺大的反核运动（之前一无所知 2. art和lux的关系和他妈妈的爱情故事挺像的 意外地一见钟情然后失去联系 3. 小时候sophia是家里最sensitive的人 为了送去太空狗的死亡而哭泣 长大后父亲特地打电话告诉她狗的故事 很冷漠地挂掉了 儿子做噩梦想的是这是iris会做的梦 4. lux代表了外来者 英国移民 全书最敏锐和comforting的人 5. stories can make more than one time possible at once. 触及了很多当代问题 总体蛮喜欢的
