3.5星。非常以自己为中心的一本书，但我们要关注背后的一些做法和手段。 Always hire the best from the best. Believe in the power of negative thinking. Life is very fragile, and success doesn't change that. It's not how many hours you put in, it's what you get done while you are working. If you're going to make a deal of any significance, you have to go to the top.

书很薄，200页，用了一晚上看完了。让人很热血，我是说，做工作有热情，有胆魄，有智慧，才有可能成功。追求卓越到极致，成不成功都不会后悔。另外，这本书中的语言有的地方非常幽默和有趣，让我不得不佩服trump的幽默和胆识和智慧，上天一定给这样的人机会。
