喂喂,作者大人,乃写的是美食书对吧?对吧!!? 用那么冷那么SB系的笔法来写,真的可以么?可以么?? 所以……这本书真的请别当单纯的美食书来读 PS:翻译和编辑应该拖出打屁股,少的一颗星就是他们害的!!

这是一个非常有趣的男人,他的《厨房机密》我也看了。 两本书其实都有点年头了,所以作者对中国的印象存在着很大的偏见。这让不少国内的读者觉得很不舒服。不过,尽管如此,我倒觉得很可以理解,毕竟20年前,整个西方世界都对中国不太友好。 作者安东尼其实是个非常浪漫的人,...

这本书给我的感觉是一本带一点历史色彩的追寻游记,记述了一个老兵的回忆,书中所记的美食其实是无源于我们的现实生活的,正因如此,本书带给了我们一次寻觅美食的旅游并体验,可以一读。也或者是我没有读懂。。。
