Dodging minefields in Cambodia, diving into the icy waters outside a Russian bath, Chef Bourdain travels the world over in search of the ultimate meal. 评分作者本身是个狂爱美食的人，又是厨师，于是他带着我们走遍世界 可以了解很多也许平时没有机会了解接触的美食，看看一个专业厨师的评语 但是整本书比同作者的《厨房机密》少了许多有趣~也许那本更多涉及了生活:) 买这本来看的同时一定也要看看《厨房机密》
评分在我的认知里,所谓的美食书该是那种半夜窝在床上一边看一边擦口水的东西. 可是这一本--至少在我看过的前半--感觉是还没吃饭就撑到了. 第一次认识到翻译对一本书的影响是这么深的.这几天睡前读的是余秋雨,睡眠质量是显著的提高啊. 不像前几天啃这本的时候,从眉毛到胃都在持续抽...
评分喂喂，作者大人，乃写的是美食书对吧？对吧！！？ 用那么冷那么SB系的笔法来写，真的可以么？可以么？？ 所以……这本书真的请别当单纯的美食书来读 PS：翻译和编辑应该拖出打屁股，少的一颗星就是他们害的！！
