這本咒語書屬於wicca流派，語調輕快簡單，以實用儀式為主，每一則儀式隻占半麵的篇幅，但沒有理論介紹和引證，大部分儀式需要視覺化功底，是不包含咒語的。適閤所有入門及未入門者，但其中幾乎有一半的儀式，所需材料都是很難找到的，所以又很難適閤所有人。另一方麵就我看來這些儀式可信度不高，如果單單是視覺化和水晶、精油、浴鹽的運用，即使沒有這本書，這些自己就能完成。純當參考叭。
