傑弗裏·弗裏登，美國哈佛大學斯坦菲爾德國際和平基金會教授。他專長於國際貨幣和金融關係政治學。弗裏登的其他著作有：《世界上的銀行業：美國國際金融政治學》（1987年）、《債務、發展和民主：現代政治經濟和拉丁美洲，1965-1986》（1991年）。
