The book chronicles its targets in three parts: "National Delusions," "Peculiar Follies," and "Philosophical Delusions." 其实讲的内容也无非就是郁金香风潮那一套，已经在百年间由各种各样的人和事件演绎过了，有out of date的感觉，非专业人士可以一看，但是感觉收获不大。
