民事案件審判程序值得瞭解，對方律師錶現很精彩，否則勝之不武。整個程序很完整，閤情閤理。

一場曠日持久的遺産爭奪案，從前期準備過程到整個庭審非常完整，辯論主要集中在兩點：testamentary capacity和undue influence。庭上辯論很精彩，最後的大反轉更是看得暢快之極。
