评分Only three kinds of reviews are needed. The review on Version, Plan and Execution. On the 12 weeks bases, the efficiency can be extremely improved.
评分看完了 The 12 Week Year 这本书，书中的概念其实就是季度计划的翻版，12 周作为一个计划的周期（而不是年度计划）这个概念是很好的，就是作者写得太啰嗦了，不建议阅读，看一下 how to 部分即可。
