评分製度論的確是比政中繞不開的一環，讀瞭Claus Offe和 Paul Pierson寫的兩章，Offe的比較易懂，分類清楚，結構明晰。似乎文章中沒提到的4I（Information, Institution, Idealogy, Interests）彼此的關係更值得好好思考。
