最近非常认真的重读这本小书。可以说是Krauss在后现代强烈批判时期过后，非常扎实而认真的回顾反思战后艺术和评论中媒介特定性这一概念的诞生与消亡，是本耐心、不绕理论的好书。

突然懂了Marcel Broodthaers。作者强调medium自身有self differing的特性，媒介是生长的，而非Greenberg的还原论。把Broodthaers的媒介一路推导为fiction，气顺。

任何关于techonological obsolescence的文章总是那么悲伤。Krauss明显有模仿本雅明文章结构的嫌疑，其实她主要是想在所谓媒介混杂的年代为medium specificity正名，让它脱离physical support的限制。书名是个影像作品，推荐搜索。
