物種之間為瞭共同生存的妥協，即使對兩方都是痛苦的，依然能有空間negotiate。跨物種怎樣算是有感情連結，物種的定義是什麼，什麼是生命的單位？而好像人類從未對病毒有過empathy，一切都很anthropocentric。或者隻是理智上沒有主動去妥協，被動的”共生“已經在發生：病毒毒性降低的可以傳播更多宿主存活更久。

在圖書館被嚇cry瞭……然後發現這是個愛情故事。三觀崩壞。

這個集子好看在兩個外星人故事和Butler的解讀（其他就太一般瞭，隻能打兩到三星）她寫人類和外星人身心交配的故事都太好看瞭！她為很多難以想象的事情提供瞭一個閤情閤理的發展和解決方案，讓我不斷驚喜
