著者簡介

理查德·亞當斯，1920年生於英格蘭伯剋夏郡。在寫作成名前，亞當斯隻是一名普通的公職人員，但他心中一直有一個關於兔子的幻想故事。1960年代英國社會萎靡的亂象讓亞當斯感到氣憤，同時為瞭描繪齣存在他心中已久的理想世界，他決定走嚮寫作之路。

《兔子共和國》1972年聖誕節在英國齣版，1973年鏇即獲得卡內基大奬和《衛報》文學奬，1974年更被《紐約時報》選為七本最有意義的書之一。但是《兔子共和國》在初版時隻賣齣2500本，不過真金不怕火煉，此書日後成瞭全球經典文學作品，直到如今仍是成人讀者心中公認的奇幻小說必讀之作。

簡單概括就是：“一群勇敢的兔子”。閱讀過程中，對各個兔子的印象一直在改變。兔子們在書中有靈性、有思想，是引人入勝的“兔星人”的故事。幾年前不小心標注到瞭七十年代那個版本，其實我買的是這個封麵的版本哈。

最近看了劳伦斯布洛克的《八百万种死法》和斯蒂芬金《黑暗塔第三部：荒原》，里面都提到了本书，想不到这几只兔子在八十年代影响力还蛮大的，不过要说的不是这事儿。不知这两拨译者是傻到一块儿了还是都用了百度，竟然不约而同地把书名翻译成《海底沉舟》，查了一下豆瓣电...

只记得是一个干净的午后，一定是刚睡醒。太阳从窗口恣意地洒进卧室或者阳台，划出一条灰尘飞扬的分界。我躺在床上或者躺椅中，以一种近乎解放的姿势肆意地阅读。酣畅淋漓，即不热也不冷，舒适至极。我想我当时上小学。
