The central relationship, in which Petruchio boisterously 'tames' a rebellious Kate, has often appeared problematic. 评分我還記得當初讀的時候大概只讀懂了三成，後來看到相關舞台劇後才發現這個故事雖然簡單但讓人印象深刻。很多笑點現在看起來已經相形失色，而語言的塑造也沒什麼印象，要不是前陣子重新看了這部劇我可能到現在還想不起來讀過這本書。
