在南圖找到瞭本牛津版的summer，封麵非常好看，就拿迴來讀瞭。相比故事，更喜歡作者的語言。

Goodreads上麵一個人說得好，Edith Wharton 寫寫她熟知的上層社會故事就好，農民和妓女的還是留給莫泊桑和毛姆這樣瞭解他們的。

Very very sad story. She is just a fascinating but negligible Summer vacation for him, but for her, this might be the brightest period in life. Similar stories are still happening somewhere in this damn world even though this book has published over decades. I think this is probably why we still need to fight for gender equality.

这是一本难得的读的顺心的让人感到安静的小说，可是读到了最后竟然还以为是一本结局圆满的好故事，结果却是一个女孩的悲剧故事，唉，我这算是没看懂吗？不过这是一本无论如何值得一读的好书。很经典的好故事，一个天真的幻想，一个屌丝女的逆袭。
