2014.5.5—6.6 路上十分鍾二十分鍾地讀，薄薄的一本花瞭這麼多天纔看完。Edith寫少女幽暗委婉心事，真是美極瞭。就像看一朵花含苞，盛放，又悄悄地凋零，說不齣地黯然。

描寫得相當有文采。結尾像《殺死一隻知更鳥》一樣令人意外。比《傲慢與偏見》深刻。

Very very sad story. She is just a fascinating but negligible Summer vacation for him, but for her, this might be the brightest period in life. Similar stories are still happening somewhere in this damn world even though this book has published over decades. I think this is probably why we still need to fight for gender equality.
