经典之所以是经典就是因为可以穿越时空指点今朝。明年还要重新再看一遍，某种意义上，con law想A，重点章节段落最好熟读成诵。
评分对美国宪法最好的阐释。但仔细想想这宪法没比天朝的高明，关键是为什么天朝宪法只是一纸空文，而且还可以随便改？制度决定论者如何回答这个问题？
