相比之下，作者對馬剋思的評價就很高瞭，盡管馬剋思也還是擺脫不瞭黑格爾的影響，將花費大半生心血的科學社會主義的理論架構建築在一個縹緲的預言之上，但是馬剋思對於勞動者惡劣生存的控訴，對於人類福祉的探求，顯然是歐洲人道主義史上罕有的一座高峰。。。
