偶然在我校社工學院看到的18-19學年的common reading。因為不能帶走，於是花瞭兩三個小時在學生休息室快速地讀完。當天就推薦給瞭自己的一個bipolar client。作者也是個蝦圖本地人，對情緒變化的描寫特彆生動，對創造力和bipolar的關係也有挺深入的探討。她四年嘗試瞭各種方法各種藥物，雖然她的方法並不是所有人都可以藉用，但全書讀下來覺得特彆真實和溫暖。
评分相比其他漫畫自傳，字太多瞭點，但是主題很清晰。確實，思維導圖的好示範
评分躁鬱癥的「躁」「鬱」有幾頁畫麵上不錯：一個“點”時間，一團噴薄雜亂的“想法” vs. 一天，簡筆，由床趴到沙發。糾結治/不治，一定程度放棄瞭情緒可視化。過多文字描述，讓人覺得似乎可惜瞭這媒介的情緒錶達潛力。好在文字並不單薄，背景調查足夠詳細具體，加上身為患者又掏瞭誠心。
评分相比其他漫畫自傳，字太多瞭點，但是主題很清晰。確實，思維導圖的好示範
