內容提要

隨著改革開放和對外交往的發展與擴大，英語在我國基礎教育中的地

位和社會發展中的作用越來越重大。但是，正如李嵐清副總理96年6月

在外語座談會上的講話中所指齣的：我國目前外語教學水平、教學方法普

遍存在“費時較多、收效較低”的問題，亟需研究改進。從某種意義上

說，普及外語和培養外語人纔、改進外語教學方法和提高外語教學水平已

經不是一般的教學問題，而是影響我國對外開放方針更好實施和推動我國

時候我們能夠找到一種適閤於中國人更有效地學習外語的方法就好瞭。

為瞭落實李嵐清副總理的指示，幫助我國的中學生學好英語，我們吸

取當代記憶冠軍關牧林快速記憶的精髓，藉鑒有關專傢的外語教學經驗，

按照“學習遷移”的規律，曆時數載編寫瞭這套中國當代記憶冠軍關牧林

英語速記叢書，本書《初中英語同步多功能記憶手冊》與現行初中英語教

材同步，分年級按單元編寫，每單元包括：知識點提要、疑難點解析、學

習方法指導、課後練習點撥與答案等項內容。它具有①幫助學生記憶；②

按單元對知識點進行提要，對疑難點進行解析；③係統介紹語法；④對重
