Is it pure love? Or maybe it's just a coincidence. James's life already came to a point when he met BOb. Meeting bob gives it the final push. Maybe it's easier to love an animal that does not talk, so we can justify its action by imposing out own thoughts to it. Maybe we are constantly searching for meaning.
评分第一本向图书馆荐购的书，可惜看的拖了很久
评分12.5读完。作者文笔一般，有太多重复的表达，但胜在故事是真人真猫真事儿，所以满满的都是真情实感，让人感动和惊叹。Bob和James这两个孤独的灵魂彼此拯救，互相慰藉取暖，成就更好的自己。【另：电影里的爱情线是后加的，书中没有诶。。。
评分咦美版副标题跟英版不一样呢。Anyway, 看得出来Bowen没受过撒子高等教育，写得非常dull跟小学生作文一样。不过平平淡淡的还是很感人。
